New Vibrations

Posted on Aug 23rd, 2006 by Kimberly : Bliss Coach Kimberly
I read a book recently called Divine Magic that talks about changing the vibration of our thoughts to manifest what we want.  It was actually really interesting as it was the foundation of a lot of the manifestation books I read, and it had a great visualizing tip to help get your thoughts in line and push out negativity.  It's been helping me focus so I thought I would share.  This relies upon a belief that thoughts are powerful and can manifest what we want, so if you don't have that belief you might find it difficult.

First a little background, there are two assumptions to this technique.  First, everything vibrates at a certain speed--"solid" matter vibrates the slowest which makes it seems solid and thoughts vibrate faster so it's harder to realize their movement and affect on things (a good way to explore both of those concepts is by watching the film "What the Bleep do We Know?").  Thoughts manifest things by tuning to the vibration of what we want.  Second, everything has a polarity that is made up of the positive and negative energy (which don't necessarily indicate a good side or bad side) of whatever you're thinking about and it's possible to change that polarity and change your vibration to attract it.  So, for example, if you're thinking about abundance, the positive energy is prosperity the negative energy is poverty.

What you can do to change your vibrational level and switch the polarity of abundance in your life is picture a pole with level indicators on it.  The top of the pole represents the positive energy (in this case prosperity) and the bottom of the pole represents the negative energy (in this case poverty).  Whenever you think about abundance in your life--especially when you feel a lack of abundance--picture a bar sliding all the way to the top of the pole.  By adjusting your thoughts to focus on prosperity, you put your energy into attracting it.  You can use this same method for anything--you can have a pole for a fulfilling career.  You can have a pole measuring the positive energy in a relationship with someone.  By visualizing high levels of positive energy in these areas in an easily recognizable way, you'll have an easier time focusing your energy on good things.

This method has been particularly helpful to me, because sometimes it's hard for me to stay focused and maintain postive energy around the areas of my life I'm trying to manifest.  By picturing that pole with the bar at the top, I can do a pattern interrupt on myself and focus my thinking on what I want, rather than what I don't want.  I hope it helps you too!

Nine Intentions

Posted on Aug 30th, 2006 by Kimberly : Bliss Coach Kimberly
I found this in the Co-Creating Reality Pod and I wanted to share:

Nine Intentions for a Better World by Tony Burroughs
Here at last is a code of conduct that transcends all social, religious, scientific, and political beliefs while bridging the gap between the mainstream and the miraculous. After many years of working with intentionality and listening to thousands of people state their intentions in our Intenders Circles, we have taken the best of what we have heard and developed The Code.

The Code is specifically designed to empower you so that you can bring fulfillment into your personal life while, at the same time, create a better world for all of us to live in. It will serve you well both during the current accelerated world transition, as well as after the transition is complete.

To apply The Code, all you have to do is say it once a day.

The First Intent ~ Support Life
I refrain from opposing or harming anyone.  I allow others to have their own experiences.  I see life in all things and honor it as if it were my own. I Support Life.

The Second Intent ~ Seek Truth
I follow my inner compass and discard any illusions which are no longer serving me.  I go to the Source.  I Seek Truth.

The Third Intent ~ Set Your Course

I begin the creative process.  I give direction to my life.  I Set My Course.

The Fourth Intent ~ Simplify
I let go so there is room for something better to come in.  I intend that I am guided, guarded, protected, and lined up with the Highest Good at all times.  I trust and remain open to receive from both expected and unexpected sources.  I Simplify.

The Fifth Intent ~ Stay Positive

I see Good, I say Good, and do Good.  I accept the gifts from all of my experiences.  I am living in Grace and Gratitude.  I Stay Positive.

The Sixth Intent ~ Synchronize

After intending and surrendering, I take action by following the opportunities that are presented to me.  I am in the Flow where Great Mystery and miracles abide, fulfilling my desires, and doing what I came here to do.  I Synchronize.

The Seventh Intent ~ Serve Others

I practice Love In Action.  I always have enough to spare and enough to share.  I am available to help those who need it.  I Serve Others.

The Eighth Intent ~ Shine Your Light

I am a magnificent being, awakening to my Highest Potential.  I express myself with joy, smiling easily and laughing often.  I Shine My Light.

The Ninth Intent ~ Share Your Vision

I create my ideal world by envisioning it and telling others about it.  I Share My Vision.
