I am a life coach and Reiki Master Teacher specializing in helping people of all shapes and sizes.  As a plus size woman, I spent a lot of time longing for services that didn't judge me and wanted to nurture who I am body, mind, and spirit.  Slowly but surely it dawned on me that there were other people out there who longed for the same thing and I was in a position to help fulfill that longing.

I am also a web developer (I recently received my Masters degree in Digital Media studies) and I provide reasonably-priced web development and hosting for the holistic community.

Before I go, I'd like to say a word about current attitudes towards plus size people.

Especially these days, there is so much anger and disdain directed towards people who come in larger packages.  I'm not exactly sure what's feuling the obesity hysteria, but you can be sure it is hysteria.  Even if the myth that being larger is inherently unhealthy were true (which, I assure you is decidely not true), that still doesn't explain why people would be so enraged about how we plus sized people live our lives.  It's almost as if we're just not allowed to take up so much space.

If you are a plus size person reading this, please know that you are a wonderful, strong, beautiful person who deserves to be nurtured, cared for, and treated with respect.  You are complete and perfect right now, no matter what anyone else says.  If you know this already I am so happy for you!  That is wonderful!  Either way, I would love to extend an invitation to you to join a community I started to joyfully provide resources and support to plus size women.

If you are not a plus size person but have been known to think about or treat plus size people unkindly, please consider that we humans will always come in different shapes and sizes and that doesn't mean that anyone is less deserving of love and respect.
